Postcode Places Trust is a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People's Postcode Lottery.

Footprints have been awarded £24,150 from the Trust, which is enough money to pay for nearly five families to attend their Conductive Education Centre for a year. This incredible grant is made possible thanks to the players of People's Postcode Lottery.

Footprints is a Nottingham based charity which transforms the lives of children living with mobility and communication difficulties across the East Midlands. At their centre and through their support, babies and children develop the skills they need to thrive and achieve their potential.

As a charity, Footprints is funded entirely by fundraising, charity partners, and grants and trusts, and needs to raise £30,916 a month to maintain our grow our service.

Footprints Charity and Business Manager Stephen Frew said “we’re absolutely thrilled to have been awarded this grant of £24,150 from Postcode Places Trust, thanks to the players of the People’s Postcode Lottery.

This is an incredible amount of money and will pay for five of our families to attend our centre for a year. This means that children who live with disabilities have access to our weekly Conductive Education sessions, a holistic education method which sees each person as an individual, with an ability to learn and a potential to fulfil. Our services are life changing and give families hope and empowerment.”
