Jump For Footprints!11.5.23
This week sees our brand new fundraising event kicking off - Jump For Footprints!
We are so excited to have three people taking part in an incredible sky diving challenge this weekend, who are all raising money for us.
We're so pleased to share the stories of everyone taking part and jumping for Footprints!
*Note - unfortunately Vicki and Jayesh's jumps weren't able to take place due to the cloudy weather, they are both being rearranged.*
“A skydive has been on my 30 before 30 list for a while, so getting it ticked off is a biggie but being able to do it in aid of such a great charity is amazing.
I’ve been fundraising for Footprints for around 5 years now and really love the work they do, more so now than ever since I became a mum. The work that Footprints does changes the lives of children and parents alike, and if there’s any small part I can play in helping that, I will.”
"I have a fear of heights, the thought of skydiving has already given me goose bumps! I have decided to face my fears, experience the thrill of free fall from the sky to bring a positive impact with Footprints.
This is my first fundraising event, and it definitely won't be the last one. I am inviting you to join me in making a meaningful impact for the children and families. Your support will make a significant difference, every donation, big or small, will help Footprints continue its vital work."
"I am a teacher at an inner city Nottingham school and work with many children with SEND.
I'm thrilled to be skydiving for Footprints. Footprints is a wonderful charity which supports children with SEND and their families, so I wanted to raise money for this great cause."
Good luck to everyone taking part, thank you for your support and to everyone who donates!
