Our Sensory Room Is Ready!
3.3.26Last week was a very exciting time for us, as the Sensory Room at our Footprints Centre was installed!
This room had previously been used as a sports cupboard, and with no natural light, it was perfect for our sensory room vision!
It's now been transformed to an incredible Sensory Room, which will be used by the children and families who attend our Conductive Education and Speech and Communication sessions, and also for use by the community.
See if you can spot some of our team trying it out, and also what the space looked like when we first took on the site!
Thank you to the volunteer support and funding we've received to enable this to happen, including donations from FHP and the The Screwfix Foundation (through Rainbow Parents Carers Forum). And we will soon be purchasing equipment for the sensory room, thanks to money raised by CBB Clifton Page.
Get in touch with our team to find out more about our charity and new Footprints Centre. Email us at enquiries@footprintscec.org, or pop in...our new coffee bar Pulp & Prints with 200 Degrees coffee will be opening to the public from 9 March!
