Welcome To Our New Young Trustee Dan

24.3.26

We are really pleased to share the exciting news that Daniel Wooster is joining our wider charity team as our second Young Trustee.

We first met Dan last year when he took part in the University of Nottingham Consultancy Challenge Programme, and he then completed a summer intern placement at our Footprints Centre. Dan is coming to the end of the second year of his University Degree and since his placement, has also taken part in the Robin Hood Half Marathon and is an enthusiastic supporter and advocate of Footprints.

Dan joins Max Hayes as a Young Trustee, having registered with the Young Trustees Movement, an organisation which brings together current and aspiring trustees to increase the representation of trustees aged 30 years and under and diversifying charity boards.

Dan will be working alongside our wider charity team and will be mentored by one of our team. Our Chair of Trustees, Rob Evans said "I've been so impressed with Dan since I met him at our centre last summer when he was completing his University intern placement. Dan really stood out as being incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about everything he was involved in.

It’s an incredibly exciting time for Footprints, with the transformation of our Footprints Centre and our community coffee bar, Pulp & Prints, opening to the public recently. Developing our wider team is so important as we grow, making new connections and raising awareness of our charity and life changing services and support."

Thank you to Dan for supporting our charity, and you can find out more about him on our Meet the Team page.
